On Monday night, Republic Nightclub on Granville Street held their 1 Year Anniversary party. The VIP event went from 8PM – 10PM with doors opening to the public at 10:01PM.

Liquor sponsors were in full force with Bacardi providing glass coke bottles to make their Rum and Coke, sampling Absolut Pear straight up, Stella Artois and their phenomenal ice bar, a nice mix featuring Soho and Jacobs Creek wine and our favourite, U’Luvka vodka.

Republic also unveiled a major change to their layout – the dance floor is now on the main level, the lounge up top. This looks like it’s going to be an  awesome venue to re-discover.
