On Wednesday night, Deuce on the North Shore, Rob Gietl’s second restaurant after Capones in Yaletown, opened their doors to the public with an opening party.
Overall, the restaurant’s food, which was conceptualized by Executive Chef Courtney Burnham is impressive. The canapés we sampled were said to be mini-renditions of what’s available on the menu. The scallop cerviche and beef steak lasagna? Delectable… and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
You now definitely have a reason to pop up to the North Shore. Deuce.
