Blue Water Cafe opens new Wine Room
On Tuesday, January 15th, Blue Water Cafe + Raw Bar in Yaletown, a part of the Toptable Restaurant Group which also owns Araxi, Cincin and West, opened the doors to their long-anticipated wine room addition.
On site, media and their guests, Blue Water Cafe’s Executive Chef, Frank Pabst, Yoshi Tabo who runs the Raw Bar and Jack Evrensel, owner of the Toptable Group.
