Blue Water Cafe Celebrates
Following their successes in Vancouver Magazine’s 19th Annual Restaurant Awards Competition, TopTable Restaurant Group invited guests to two post-service celebrations, honouring West’s fourth consecutive win as ‘Restaurant of the Year’ and Blue Water Café’s inaugural GOLD for Best Seafood, as well as Frank Pabst’s ‘Chef of the Year’ title from the Georgia Straight’s Golden Plate Awards.
We missed the packed house at West on Friday night but were able to make it to Blue Water Café on Saturday night to congratulate Chef Pabst, enjoy the free-flowing Champagne, canapés and sushi, and to enjoy superb company. Miraculously, no massive headache in the morning, either.
