No commentsRBC desiFEST and desiQUEST
On Saturday, RBC’s desiFEST and 3000 fans, supporters and onlookers rocked Gastown from 10am ’til 8pm with acts including En Karma, Jagua and DJ Publicity from Toronto.
RBC desiFEST, which supports Canadian music produced by South Asian artists, was originally conceptualized in Toronto and has since done events in Toronto, Montreal and now Vancouver.
Adding a bit of Vancouver flare to the event, local groups A-Town Productions, Virsar Media, Urban Mixer and Toronto’s By Sathish united to throw desiQUEST, the official afterparty and boat cruise.
DJ Baba Kahn with DJ Publicity from Toronto united forces with the sounds of Vancouver’s own DJ Reminisce and DJ Lajit and made an event you didn’t want to miss. Stay tuned for more footage, soon!
