		<description>Calgary event, post release:
&lt;blockquote&gt;For Immediate Release

Franz Swinton is Gibson’s Iron Bar Champion for Calgary

Calgary, AB – (October 23, 2008) Calgary gave us something to toast about when local bartenders competed against one another in the Iron Bar competition two weeks ago. The Calgary finalists went head to head in the Iron Bar competition, but only one came out victoriously and was crowned the winner for the Calgary division of Iron Bar. Franz Swinton from Raw Bar was the bartender responsible for the winning drink. Franz’s drink was named &quot; The red and white club&quot;, after one of the buildings in McMahon stadium. To recreate Franz’s drink, mix:

3/4 oz. Gibson’s Finest Sterling
Muddled white peach
Gastrique of Cranberry juice

Pour into shot glass

Garnish: Gibson&#039;s finest infused white peach slice covered in powdered sugar

Franz from Calgary will be flown to Montreal to compete in the final competition, for the grand prize of $1000 or tickets to the 2008 Grey Cup. The winner will be named the Iron Bar Champion, and their drink will be crowned the “Gibson’s Cup”.
