See Sound Lounge New Years

Friday, January 2nd, 2009

New Years isn’t the same without a little bit of club hopping, and Belltown has always been the perfect place to find cool places to hang out on any given night.

New Years at See Sound Lounge

After the New Years countdown, we checked out the well-reputed See Sound Lounge and Deep which feature the remarkable Turbosound QLight loudspeaker system, giving the place a distinctive edge, at least when it comes to sound quality.

The two rooms were comfortable, hospitable and best of all, the party was still hopping to the sounds of Johnny Fever, DJ Bryce, Aurora Diving Club and Aaron Key.

The staff were truly hospitable, the partygoers all had a great time… and the drinks were pretty good, too!

Brought to you by the Electrobama 2008 crew, the event featured two rooms, two dance floors, loads of party favours for the big countdown, an amazing view of the Space Needle Fireworks (displayed on 22, 42-in flat screen TVs for those who didn’t want to get wet,) and a VIP bar sponsored by Ciroc Vodka and Don Julio Tequila.

The unique art on the walls and friendly crowd added to the flare of the event, making for one of the best New Years events in Seattle for 2009.

Catch the original release, after the jump. (more…)
