On Wednesday, November 12th, Moxies on Davie Street and Moxie’s own executive chef, John Humphreys, hosted a media dinner featuring the creations of Vancouver’s very own David Wong.
In January, 2009, Chef Wong will compete on behalf of Canada alongside 23 other chefs representing 23 other countries at the Bocuse d’Or Culinary Competition in Lyon, France.
Bocuse d’Or is named after the father of French ‘Nouvelle Cuisine,’ Paul Bocuse. To find out more about the competition, check out the Canadian site Bocuse d’Or, HERE.
